摘要
针对2010年7月26日温岭前溪流域"7.26"特大暴雨进行了洪水调查,调查内容包括考察洪水痕迹和收集有关资料,推算洪峰流量、洪水过程等.通过洪水调查,分析了本次暴雨洪水特征,还原了洪水过程,测算河道过流能力,为以后的防洪抢险和水利工程建设提供水文资料,为研究该流域暴雨洪水灾害及防治对策提供了科学依据.
On July 26,2010,Qianxi Basin of Wenling County suffered the largest heavy rain in history,resulting in a severe flood disaster. An investigation was conducted on flood trace and other relevant data,so as to calculate the peak discharge and flood process. On the basis of the investigation,the discharge capacity,rainstorm characteristics and flood process are obtained,providing hydrological data and scientific basis for flood control and water conservancy construction,as well as the decision-making for flood prevention of Qianxi watershed.
