摘要
从玉环县水资源现状特点和雨洪资源利用成果入手,认为玉环县雨洪资源应多举措综合发展,不仅从工程上开发雨洪资源、更要科学调度水资源,利用新技术挖掘雨洪资源开发潜力,并建立雨洪控制绿色建筑评价标准、制定雨洪利用的法律法规和技术规范,构建长期有效的雨洪水资源的体系.
As an island,the water resources of Yuhuan city are limited. The use and development of the rainfall flood resources is of great significance. Based on the present features of water resources and utilization results of rainfall resources,a comprehensive development framework of Yuhuan County is put forward in this paper,by establishing an effective longterm rainfall flood resources system,combined with the engineering development by new technology,the scientific control and development of the rainfall flood resources,and the assessing standard of green buildings based on policies and regulations.
