分析了橡胶坝坝袋在运行中易产生磨损的部位及其产生磨损的原因,并以仙居永安溪橡胶坝设计为例,阐述了设计中考虑的抗磨损方案、施工中采取的抗磨损措施、运行管理中遵循的合理调度原则.工程实例证明通过设计、施工控制及运行管理能有效降低坝袋磨损,达到延长坝袋寿命、提高工程效益的目的.

In this paper,a variety of dam bag wears in rubber dam during operation are analyzed,combined with concrete example of Yongan Dam in Xianyu. A study on how to effectively reduce the dam bag wears through reasonable design,effective construction control and operation management is displayed,so as to extend the life of the dam bag,and to increase the benefit of the project,which provides a reference for the similar design in the future.
