摘要 RexcanⅢ流动式光学扫描仪基于光栅原理,利用系统标定和参考标志点来实现多幅图像的拼合对齐,是逆向工程领域中一种先进的非接触式光学扫描设备,能快速获取高质量电子产品空调遥控器外形三维点云数据,测量易于实现且测量范围大,测量速度快,测量点云数据质量好,更有利于下游数据建模与检测等应用. Based on the principle of grating,RexcanIII mobile optical scanner is an advanced non-contact optical scanning equipment in the field of reverse engineering. Through the calibration of this optical scanner system and the calculation of the reference point positions,several individual measurement images are joined and aligned together. It has been widely used in the electrical product,automotive and other industries. The work theory and workflow of the RexcanIII are analyzed in this paper by using RexcanIII scanning system to get the high quality point cloud of the remoter shape for air-condition.The key technologies of RexcanIII,such as how to collect point cloud,how to handle the collected point cloud,are analyzed for getting high quality point cloud.
