中职学校就业指导教育实效性探究——以海南省为例

On the Effectiveness of Career Guidance in Secondary Vocational Schools:A Case Study

就业指导对中职生职业生涯规划与发展具有重要的指导意义。中职校的就业指导工作开展过程中尚存就业指导途径单一、课程安排不合理、任课教师精力能力不够等问题。提升就业指导教师整体指导水平、多途径丰富教学内容、灵活运用多种教学方法及现代科学技术等是提高就业指导工作实效性的有效举措。

Career guidance has been of great significance to the planning and development of secondary vocational school students＇ professional career. However; problems such as the single channel of career guidance, unreasonable arrangement of curriculum, impracticability of texts, and deficiency of teachers＇ energy exist. Therefore, improving the whole level of career guidance teachers, expanding teaching contents in multiple ways, using a variety of teaching methods and modern scientific technology flexibly are measures to improve the effectiveness of career guidance.
