摘要
举办大型毕业生供需洽谈会已成为当前广大高职院校毕业生就业工作的一大措施。实行的供需见面、双向选择的洽谈会形式已经得到社会的认同,仔细分析,却也存在着亟待克服的困难与解决的问题。高职院校应在召开毕业生供需洽谈会之后,对其组织情况及成效作出详尽分析,从中发现问题,从专业设置、加强就业指导、注重学生"软技能"的培养等方面入手,提高人才培养质量,为地方经济建设培养高素质技术技能型人才作出贡献。
Currently hosting large-scaled graduates' supply and demand fair has become an important measure for higher vocational college graduates' job-hunting. Though the two-way selection form of the fair has been recognized by the society, it still has problems which need to be solved. The higher vocational colleges should make detailed analysis on its organization and effectiveness after the fair, find potential problems, and improve the talent training quality from the aspects such as specialty offering, career guidance and soft-skill training.
