网络发展日新月异，丰富的网络资源不仅为大学生网络创业提供了便捷和优势，也在一定程度上缓解了大学生的就业压力。大学生熟悉网络社区以及国家政策的支持成为大学生网络创业的优势，创业能力不足，缺乏知识储备、资金筹措困难、法律支持不够等成为其限制因素。针对不足之处应加强团队合作，大学生应努力积累知识，树立诚信创业理念，以诚信为本，以寻求网络创业成功的有效途径。

The rapid development of the Internet provides abundant resources to facilitate college students founding network business, which to some extent alleviates the employment pressure of university students. University students＇ familiarity with network community and national policies＇ support are the advantage for students＇ network business. Lack of entrepreneurship and knowledge, difficulty in capital collecting and insufficient legal support are the disadvantages for students＇ network business. According to those disadvantages, the article proposes to enhance team work, accumulate knowledge, and establish credibility entrepreneurship, put integrity as the core etc., so as to seek the effective ways for college students to start network business,provide reference for their business founding.
