摘要
目的:分析贲门失弛缓症患者心理状态,并评估经口内镜下肌切开术对其影响。方法:采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对302名正常人及302例贲门失弛缓症患者行POEM治疗前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪进行评估。结果:患者组焦虑、抑郁得分均高于正常人群组(P<0.05),并且与病情严重程度成正比,POEM手术后SAS和SDS得分均较术前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:贲门失弛缓症患者存在明显的焦虑、抑郁情绪,POEM手术能明显缓解AC患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪。
Objective： To analyze psychological state of patients with achalasia, and to evaluate the effect of peroral endoscopic myotomy （POEM） on them. Methods： Zung＇s Self-rating anxiety Scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） were used to assess the anxiety and depression of 302 normal subjects and 302 achalasia patients who accepted POEM treatment. Results： The anxiety and depression scores of patients with acbalasia were higher than normal group （P〈0.05）, which were closely related to the severity degree of symptom （P〈0.05） and can be significantly reduced by POEM （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Achalasia patients suffered from anxiety and depression, POEM can effectively relieve these negative emotion.
