The new capacity delivered in 2011 reached over 3 times bigger than the cumulatively delivered capacity in 2010. In 2012 the new capacity de- livered surpassed the cumulatively delivered capacity in 2011. A new record was broken in 2013 when the new capacity delivered approximated the cumulatively deliv- ered capacity in 2012 （Fig. 1）.
