Problem of training young college teachers is discussed from aspects of theory, practice, style and institution, etc. It is considered that the competitions among universities are competition of quality of talents, of academic status, at bottom, of quality of college teachers. The real competition among universities just begins, and paying attention to the quality construction of teachers is the inevitable course to universities from weak to strong.
