滕州市经济提质增效的动因、路径与启示

Study on the Causes, Routes and Enlightenment of Tengzhou's Achievement in Improving Its Economic Quality and Efficiency

随着经济发展短板效应的日益显现,我国粗放型经济增长模式愈来愈不可持续,加快经济增长方式转变、寻求经济提质增效势在必行。本文在对山东省滕州市经济增长方式转型实践进行梳理的基础上,从提质增效的主体、引擎、方向、模式、路径及资金支撑等6个方面总结其成功转型的基本条件,并提出了促进山东省经济提质增效的政策建议。

With the gradual growth of＂short board effect＂,China＇s extensive economic growth model is increasingly unsustainable,and the transition of economic growth mode is imperative. Based on the analysis of the transformation practice of economic growth mode in Tengzhou of Shandong province,this paper summarizes the basic economic conditions of successful transformation from six aspects such as the subject,engine,direction,mode,path and financial support,and puts forward policy recommendations to promote the improvement of Shandong＇s economic quality and efficiency.
