摘要
为了提高输电线路的输送能力,设计了一种基于导线温度、倾角和气象条件的线路增容监测系统。介绍了由温度倾角监测装置、气象数据采集装置和专家分析系统组成的无线网络结构。对专家分析系统中金具热缺陷判断、线路静态提温增容、线路动态监测增容和导线安全状态判断与评估等功能进行分析和设计,得到的相关信息能够为线路、调度等人员提供参考。
In order to improve the transmission capacity, a capacity-increase monitoring system is designed based on conductor temperature, tilt and the meteorological conditions. The paper introduced the wireless network structure composed of temperature tilt monitoring device, meteorological data acquisition device and the expert analysis system. Fittings thermal defects judgement, line static temperature raising capacity, line dynamic monitoring and wire safety state estimation and assessment function are analyzed and designed in the expert analysis system. The relevant information obtained can provide reference to the transmission line, electric power dispatching and other personnel.
