摘要
儿童糖尿病是危害儿童健康的慢性疾病之一，其病因尚不明确。本文从遗传（人类白细胞抗原、父母因素、ＣＴＬＡ４及ＣＣＲ２基因变异）和环境因素（感染、季节、牛奶）等方面对其相关因素进行了综述，并对产生胰岛素抵抗的原因进行了分析。
