谷氨酰胺在新生儿中的研究进展
摘要
谷氨酰胺(Gln)一般被认为是非必需氨基酸,但在应激状态下,因机体对Gln的需要超过其合成能力,它可能是必需的。研究表明, Gln不单是通过纠正其缺乏状态来发挥药理效应,在新生儿,尤其是早产儿在很大程度上通过上调免疫反应,促进肠上皮细胞发育和改善肠功能而发挥治疗作用,从而降低感染率及婴儿病死率。因此,Gln在新生儿中的应用前景广阔。
