摘要 目的 :研究一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)在神经原性膀胱 (NB)的两种类型中的分布。方法 :应用免疫组化技术对 2 3例患儿进行检测。将 18例NB患儿按尿流动力学检查结果分为逼尿肌反射亢进型 ( 11例 )和逼尿肌反射低下型 ( 7例 ) ,将非NB患儿 5例按照有无尿道出口梗阻引起的膀胱静息压升高分为膀胱静息压升高组 ( 2例 )和正常组 ( 3例 )。结果 :NOS含量在逼尿肌反射亢进型较反射低下型有显著增高。膀胱内压升高组NOS含量较正常组明显升高。结论 :NOS参与膀胱功能的调节和神经原性膀胱的病生理变化。 Objective:To investigate the distribution of nitric oxide synthetase(NOS) in two different types of Neurogenic Bladder(NB).Methods:Twenty three cases were devided into two groups according to the urodynamical test.①Eighteen cases with NB devided into hyperreflexic and hyporreflexic groups.②Five cases without NB devided into cases with outlet obstruction and cases without obstruction.The distribution of NOS staining was observed.Results:The positive NOS stained nerve fibres were significantly raised in cases with hyperreflexic NB as well as in cases with outlet obstruction non NB .Conclusion:NOS may be involved in the pathological progress of NB.Combining the result with known viewpoints about NO,We can use No donors of NOS inhibitors on the animal modle with NB and provide guidance for the adjuvant therapy with drugs to NB and other lower urinary tract disturbances.NOS may play a role both as a directly acting transmitter and as a modulator of efferent neurotransmissiom.
