经胸二维超声心动图引导普通电极导管置入冠状窦效果观察

THE FEASIBILITY INVESTIGATION OF USING TRANSTHORACIC ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY AS IMAGE GUIDE IN DETERMINING CORONARY SINUS CATHETER POSITION

目的 :研究经胸二维超声心动图 ( 2 DE)引导普通电极导管 (CSC)置入冠状静脉窦的可行性。方法 :4 0例顺序行心内电生理检查的患者 ,随机分为 2 DE引导组 (A组 )和X线引导组 (B组 )放置CSC ,比较置入效果。结果 :A、B二组放置电极导管入冠状窦的成功率分别为 95%和 10 0 % (P <0 .0 5) ,放置时间分别为 ( 6 8± 5.7)min和 ( 5.9± 3.3)min(P <0 .0 5) ,二组患者均无并发症。结论 :2 DE引导较X线引导置放CSC有较大优越性。

Objective:To assess the value of transthoracic echocardiography as image guide in determing coronary sinus catheter(CSC) position and controlling advancement of CSC.Methods:With continued 40 patients needing intracardial electrophysiologic studies,TTE(20 patient,group A) or X ray(other 20 patients,group B) was used as image guide to determine the position of CSC.Results:The success rate of determing CSC in site was 95% in group A and 100% in group B(100%).The operation time needed in A and B was (6.8± 5.7 ) and (5.9±3.3)min individually(P<0.05),the exposure time of X ray in A and B group was(0.15±0)min and (3.2±2.1)min individually.Conclusion:TTE as image guide,could be used to determine CSC position and control advancement of CSC instead of X ray except of over obesity patients.
