抗精神病药不良反应的中医辨治规律探讨

Discussion on regulations of adverse reactions to antipsychotics with TCM therapy based on differentiation of symptoms

1药理毒理辨析 :按传统中医审证求因的方法 ,据投药后证候变化辨析 ,认为抗精神病药具阴寒凝滞之性 ,功能安神开窍 ,然易损耗阳气 ,阻遏气机 ,久用可致气机壅滞 ,痰湿内停 ,气化不行 ,元阳亏损。 2抗精神病药不良反应辨治 :治疗抗精神病药不良反应 ,须着眼温、通二字 ,温者温补脾肾 ,通者化气行滞 ,并须结合化痰开窍之品 ,标本并治 ,以免癫狂复发。 3病案举例 :举癃闭、月经先期、性欲低下各一案。

TCM treatments for adverse reactions to antipsychotics mainly based on two methods,i.e.the warming method which means warming and tonifying spleen and kidney,and the relieving method which is to resolve stagnation by regulating the flow of qi.To prevent the recurrence of mental disorders,these methods should be practiced together with some prescriptions for dispelling phlegm and inducing resuscita- tion.
