摘要
研究了Ni-5at.%W合金基带在磷酸-硫酸及有机添加剂体系中的阳极极化行为。结合扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析,对不同阳极极化电位区间基带表面微观形貌和相组成进行了讨论。在低电位区,电极上主要析出的是Ni(OH)2、Ni3(PO4)2及NiSO4晶体层;在高电位区,电极表面主要形成的是Ni2O3高价氧化物膜。
The anodic polarization of Ni-5at.% W substrate in the phosphoric acid,sulfuric acid and the organic additives' system was studied.The micro-morphology and phase composition of substrate surface within different anodic polarization potential were discussed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) to show that the crystal layer which containing Ni (OH)2,Ni3 (PO4)2 and NiSO4 precipitates on the electrode surface in low potential range,and a high valence oxide film (Ni2O3) can be formed on the electrode surface in high potential range.
