摘要
对外压载荷下稳压器电加热元件外套管进行了稳定性校核分析。利用常规设计中的公式法和图算法对外套管进行初始校核,比较了公式法和GB 150、ASME及俄罗斯Н-ППУ-01等标准得到的许用外压值,在参考成熟工程经验的同时,讨论了其中的差异,常规设计校核结果表明,外套管稳定性满足设计要求。在常规设计的基础上利用ANSYS有限元软件对套管外压稳定性进行特征值屈曲分析和非线性屈曲分析,分析结果表明套管满足稳定性设计要求。进一步运用有限元软件分析了壁厚及不圆度等制造偏差对套管许用外压的影响,并对结果进行了讨论。
The outer sleeve stability of externally-pressurized electric heaters in the pressurizer was analyzed.The conventional design methods like formula method and nomography were used in the initial analysis; and the allowable external pressures contributed by formula method,GB150 standard,ASME and Н-ППУ-01 code were compared while having mature engineering experiences referenced.The conventional design analysis proves the outer sleeve' s stability as the design requested.Basing on conventional design,both eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis with ANSYS shows that outer sleeve' s stability can satisfy the design.The influence of manufacturing deviation like the sleeve' s wall thickness and the out-of-roundness on the allowable external pressure was analyzed with ANSYS.
