摘要
通过试验对轧丝后的高效管拉伸试验和硬度进行测试,探讨翅片加工工艺对强度和硬度的影响,讨论了同一根TP2管材不同热处理状态的许用应力选取情况,并提出了铜合金材料的许用应力采用强度极限除以安全系数更加合理的观点。
TP2 tube's tensile test and hardness test were carried out and the influence of the fin's processing technology on its strength and hardness were discussed,including the selection of allowable stress in different heat treatment conditions.The results show that it becomes more reasonable to divide the safeness factor by the ultimate strength in determining the allowable stress of copper alloy.
