摘要
通过有限元分析软件ANSYS建立螺旋轴有限元模型,对螺旋轴在自重、物料作用、冲击载荷、传动扭矩和冲击载荷作用下的受力状况进行数值计算,采用循环载荷下疲劳应力评定方法对计算结果进行评定分析。结果表明,螺旋轴寿命可以满足设计要求。
Making use of ANSYS,a spiral shaft finite element model was established,including simulation and calculation of the spiral shaft' s stress state at the dead load,materials' influence,impact load and the gear torque.Having calculation results analyzed with fatigue stress evaluation method shows that the spiral shaft's life can meet design requirements.
