企业自建物流网络协同路径与结构演化规律研究——基于苏宁电器和宅急送的双案例研究

A Study on the Law of Synergy Path and Structure Evolution of Enterprise Self_built Logistics Network——Two Case Studies of Suning Appliance and ZJS Express

采用案例研究的方法,选取苏宁电器和宅急送物流网络为典型案例,探索物流子网络协同状态的演变规律和子网络协同状态对物流网络整体结构演变的作用规律。发现:子网络协同状态遵循孕育期、成长期和成熟期的演化路径;子网络协同状态由低级向高级的转变成为物流网络结构演变的动力。从子网络协同这一独特视角,揭示子网络协同状态作用于企业自建物流网络结构演变的内在机理,从理论上能够为网络演化问题的研究开辟一个新视角,在实践领域能够为企业正确优化或改善现有物流网络结构提供新的思路。

Based on two case studies of Suning Appliance and ZJS Express, this article explores the evolutionary laws of synergy state of logistics sub-network and the effects of synergy state of sub-network on the evolution of the overall logistics network structure. The study arrives at the two major findings. First, synergy state of sub-network follows the evolutionary path of pregnancy, growth and maturity; second, the transition of synergy state of sub-network from junior to senior is the evolution dynamic of the logistics network structure. From the distinct perspective of sub-network synergy, the study reveals the inherent mechanism of how synergy state of sub-network effects on the evolution of enterprise self-built logistics network structure. At the theoretical level it could open up a new perspective for the studies on the evolution of the network, while in the practical areas it could provide new ideas for enterprises to improve and optimize the current logistics network structure.
