The Effect of Structural Property and Resource Property in Strategic Alliance Network on Firms' Knowledge Creation——The Empirical Study on Chinese Biomedical Industry

以中国生物医药产业战略联盟网络为样本,将联盟网络的结构属性和资源属性结合,考察二者的交互作用对企业知识创造的影响。基于时滞效应的结果分析表明:企业在联盟网络中占据的结构洞或创新积累越多,其知识创造越显著;联盟伙伴创新能力发挥正向调节作用。联盟网络对企业知识创造的影响随时间呈现倒U型的关系。

This paper uses strategic alliance network of Chinese biomedical industry as the sample, and combines structural property with resource property to examine the moderating impact on enterprise knowledge creation. The empirical research results based on time lag effect reflect that occupying more structural hole or having more innovation accumulation can significantly effects the knowledge creation and the innovation ability of alliance partner has a positive moderating effect. The effect has an inverted U-shaped relationship with time going on.
