The Role of Trust in Supply Chain Forecast Information Sharing

摘要 考虑具有一个供应商和一个零售商的供应链系统,研究供应链中的预测信息共享问题。通过对现实中供应链成员企业之间表现出的合作与理论上的博弈模型结果的不同解释,提出了信任是影响供应链成员合作行为的重要因素。并进一步从信任的角度,考察了供应链中短期关系和长期关系预测信息共享的博弈模型,将"信任因子"纳入到博弈模型之中,新的博弈模型结果与现实情况吻合较好。除此之外,具体考察了供应链长期关系对信任的影响,以及供应链成员企业对长短期关系的选择问题。 This paper considers a supply chain system with a supplier and a retailer and studies the forecast information sharing problem. Through the difference between the observed cooperative behaviors in reality and the outcome predicted by the theoretic model ,it proposes that trust is a critical factor that affects the behaviors of supply chain partners. Besides, it examines the game model of both short-term relationship and long-term relationship from the perspective of "trust", and incorporate "trust factor" into the model, the new model predicts better of the reality. Moreover, it explores the influence of long-term relationship on "trust" and the choice of short-term relationship or long-term relationship by supply chain partners.
