竞争结构与并购行动——基于啤酒产业二层网络的分析方法

Competition Structure and Merger Action——The Analysis Method Based on Two-level Networks of Chinese Beer Industry

以我国啤酒产业为例,构建了厂商"竞争关系—并购行动"二层网络,分别从整体和局域两个层次讨论了网络的拓扑相似性,提取并计算了厂商竞争结构指标。相关性研究发现,厂商竞争结构对并购行动有显著影响,但不同的结构变量对并购行动的影响程度和方向并不相同。

This paper builds up a competition-relationship and merger-actions two-level networks model by taking Chinese beer industry as an example and analyzes their topological structure similarity from global and local levels. Some competition structural indexes are extracted and their values are calculated. The correlation test results show that competition structure has profound effect on merger actions, but different indexes cause different degree and direction influence on merger actions.
