摘要
智利和中国都是发展中国家。近年来,智利成为葡萄酒新世界国家之一,其葡萄酒出口发展迅速,具备很强的国际竞争力,而中国葡萄酒几乎没有国际竞争力。两国葡萄酒竞争力差异的原因主要来自于比较优势的差异,葡萄酒产业政策和外贸政策的差异,出口地理方向的差异,葡萄酒产业集群的差异等。中国应借鉴智利的经验,挖掘比较优势,制定合适的产业政策和外贸政策,鼓励葡萄酒产业在营销、创新和国际化等方面的集体行动。
Both Chile and China are developing countries. In recent years Chile became one of the new world countries of grape wine, and its wine export rises quickly. Chile's wine has great international competitiveness, but Chinese wine has scarcely any international competitiveness. The difference between two countries" wine mainly come from the difference in comparative advantages, the difference between two countries" industry and foreign trade policy of wine, the difference between two countries" direction of wine export and difference between wine clusters. According to Chile's experience, China should build uriform wine classification standard, provide policy-support, make suitable industry and foreign trade policy, and encourage wine manufacturers make collective action in marketing, innovation and internationalization.
