A Survey of the Employment Intention of College Undergraduates in Financial and economic Universities

本文以《内蒙古财经大学本科毕业生就业状况调查问卷》为基础,对内蒙古财经大学毕业生进行问卷调查。此次调查目的是为了了解我校毕业生就业状况,主要从学生角度出发,通过分析毕业生就业心态、求职意向、是否自主创业和用人单位关注应届毕业生哪些素质以及对学校就业指导工作的意见等,从而为促进内蒙古财经大学就业工作提出一些可供参考的意见和建议。

In this paper, based on the employment intention survey about undergraduates in the Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics,an investigation of the undergraduates in 2014 from the Institute of Finance and Tax is carried out. The purpose of the survey is to know the employment intention of our school. From the perspective of students, this paper mainly analyses the aspects, such as employment mentality and employment intention etc. so as to promote the employment affairs in IMUFE. In the end, this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions for reference.
