关于行政管理专业教学的经验与反思——以五邑大学为例 被引量:2

摘要 目前,行政管理专业教学中存在课程设置不够科学、传统的国外行政管理理论授课内容偏多、教学手段比较单一等相对不足等缺陷。本文结合作者在十几年行政管理专业学习与教学的经验与体会,认为办好五邑大学行政管理专业必须在社会需求导向下,明确人才培养目标,推广新的教学方法、改革教学内容和课程体系,同时增加本土化教学内容、改革现有的教学手段、把实践教学摆在更重要的位置。 Administration management teaching in our school in the curriculum is not very scientific at present, There are too much traditional foreign administrative management theory teaching contents and teaching means of unitary is relative insufficient. With the experience of over ten years of administrative management professional learning and teaching experience, This paper puts forward that our school should be oriented to social demands, establish the clear training objectives,popularize the new teaching methods, reform the teaching contents and curriculum system. At the same time, localized teaching contents should be added, the existing teaching method should be reformed and the practice teaching should be placed in a more important position.
