中国农村养老保障体系研究

我国从1999年进入老龄化社会,目前老龄化趋势仍处于上升阶段。从规模和比重上来说,中国人口的老龄化问题在某种程度上是农村人口的老龄化问题,我国养老问题的重点和难点在农村,所以解决好农村的养老问题任重而道远。本文从目前我国农村老年经济保障和农村养老机构及医疗保障两大方面来分析农村养老保障体系现状及存在的若干问题,进而提出相关的建议和措施,以期我国农村养老保障制度逐步走向规范化和成熟化。

Our country had entered aging society in 1999, and the number of elderly population is still in the rising stage at present. From the scale and proportion, China＇ s population aging problem is the rural population ag- ing problem at some certain. The key and difficult point for Chinese security problem is in the countryside, so it is a long way to solve the rural pension problem. The article analyzes the current situation and problem of Chinese rural old age security from two parts of the current China＇ s rural old age economic security and rural pension institutions and health care aspects. At the last part, the article put forward relevant suggestions in the hope of China＇ s rural old age security becoming standardized and matures gradually.
