山东省“三型社会”条件下新型城镇化建设研究

Research on the New- type Urbanization Construction under the Condition of the "Three- oriented Society" in Shandong Province

"三型社会"是未来城镇化建设的一大趋势,新型城镇化的建设就是在"三型社会"这个大前提下,人口、资源、环境相协调的城镇化。"三型社会"和新型城镇化的理念是一脉相承的。将"三型社会"的理念贯穿到山东省的具体城镇化建设中,源于山东省在城镇化建设方面还存在人口、资源、环境方面的问题。人口、资源、环境对城镇化的影响程度直接决定着具体的建设路径。鉴于以上认识,我们进行了本研究,希望通过人口、资源、环境与城镇化模型的构建对人口、资源、环境对城镇化的影响程度进行较为客观的分析,有针对性地提出建设路径,为我省新型城镇化建设提供参考。

The ＂three - oriented society＂ will be a big trend during urbanization. The construction of new - type urbanization takes ＂three -oriented society＂ as precondition to promote and coordinate urbanization population, resources and environment. The ＂three -oriented society＂ and new -type urbanization concepts are the same strain. Integrated the concept of ＂three -oriented society＂ into particular urbanization in Shandong province, at- tributed to there were still issues of population, resources and the environment in terms of urbanization. Population, and resources and environment impact of urbanization directly determined the specific construction of the path. In view of the above understanding, we conducted this study. By building the population, resources, environment and urbanization construction model, we made a more objective analysis on the impact of population, resources and environment to urbanization, then put forward the construction path, as the policies reference to province urbanization.
