This essay mainly researches the impact of Hengshui Lake International Marathon on the local tourism industry from the aspects of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, which shows that Hengshui Lake International Marathon plays an important role in promoting the development of local tourism industry. It has helped strengthen the building of the local infrastructure, improve the visibility of Hengshui and attract a large number of tourists in a short period of time. However, due to the limitation of the local tourist reception capacity, the development of the tourism industry lags far behind the increasing demand of tourism, limiting the impact of Hengshui Lake International Marathon on the local tourism industry.
