Deng Xiaoping has made a lot of innovations of the party construction theories in the new period, a- mong which the following aspects will be mainly discussed in this study：making the upholding and improving the Party leadership a general policy; serving the modernization construction a core agenda;adhering to the four fundamental principles a premise; making institutional reform and improvement the way of implementation; building a forwarding-looking, establishing the main objective of building a fair and honest party.
