基于SE-DEA模型的运输设备制造业投资绩效评价研究

Study on the Investment Efficiency of Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Based on Super Efficiency DEA

本文针对国内运输设备制造业投资模式不合理、投入产出低下的问题,建立了超效率DEA分析模型,并利用国内31个省份运输设备制造业的历史数据,对运输设备制造业投资绩效进行探讨分析。研究结果表明,国内运输设备制造业整体投资绩效有待提高;投资绩效分布情况与区域经济发展水平相异;中、东、西部地区投资绩效呈现"东部地区领先,中、西部地区赶超"之势。此外,结合运输设备制造业投资绩效较低地区的投资冗余与产出不足情况,提出了改进措施,为运输设备制造业后期投资提供参考依据。

Domestic transportation equipment manufacturing investment mode is not reasonable, and the efficiency of investment is low. In order to solve the problem, super efficiency DEA analysis model is established, and by using the historical data of domestic 31 provinces transportation equipment manufacturing to research the transportation equipment manufacturing investment performance. Results show that the domestic transportation equipment manufacturing investmaent performance is lower; while investment performance distribution is different from the regional economic development level; and investment performance in central, eastern and western regions present ＂leading in the east, middle and west areas catch up＂. In addition, combined with low investment performance region investment redundancy and output deficiency situation, this paper puts forward the improvement measures, which provides reference for transportation equipment manufacturing investment.
