摘要
IT外包合作具有典型的关系导向特征,以组织间关系耦合互动为主导、知识协同为传导的动态协调机制对于IT外包合作绩效的提升具有重要意义。本文以社会交换理论、过程理论和知识管理理论为基石,从关系耦合、过程互动和知识协同三维动态机制考察组织间关系耦合互动对外包合作绩效的潜在影响,并探讨了知识协同的中介作用,运用SEM结构方程模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明,关系耦合、过程互动和知识协同对外包合作绩效具有显著的正向影响,同时知识协同在关系耦合和过程互动与外包合作绩效的关系中发挥中介作用。
IT outsourcing cooperation has typical relationship-oriented features, and inter- organizational relationship coupling interaction and knowledge synergy coordination mechanisms have a significant effect on outsottrcing cooperation performance. Based on social exchange theory, process management theory and knowledge management theory, we investigated how inter - organizational relationship coupling interaction impact on outsourcing cooperation performance from relationship coupling. Processing interaction and knowledge synergy, and study the intermediary effect of knowledge synergy, we provide empirical evidence using SEM methods to test the model, and find that relationship coupling, process interaction and knowledge synergy have significant positive influence on outsourcing cooperation pefformance, and knowledge synergy has positive intermediary function between their relations.
