糜蛋白酶穴位注射结合针刺治疗精液迟缓液化症疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Injectio of Chymotrypsin Combined with Acupuncture in Patients of Semen Delayed Liquefaction

治疗组 6 6例 ,用糜蛋白酶 4 0 0 0U穴注肾俞、关元俞配合针刺次、会阴等穴 ,隔天治疗 ,5次一个疗程 ;疗程后第 2周及第 6周测得液化时间分别由治疗前的 6 1 6 7± 37 33分钟缩短为2 7 12± 18 2 9和 30 76± 19 95分钟 ;总有效率分别为 95 4 5%和 90 91%。对照组 53例 ,肌注糜蛋白酶 4 0 0 0U ,隔天 1次 ,5次一疗程 ;液化时间分别是 6 4 53± 16 0 0、4 6 2 3± 2 4 2 0和 58 4 9±18 12分钟 ;总有效率分别是 77 36 %和 2 0 75%。结果 :治疗组明显优于对照组 。

Methods [WT5”BZ]Sixty six cases in the treatment group received acupuncture at Ciliao(BL32),Huiyin(CV1) and other points combined with injection of 4000 U chymotrypsin into Shenshu(BL23),Guanyuanshu(BL26),once every other day,5 times constituting one therapeutic course.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] The liquefying time of semen changed from 61.67±37.33 min before treatment to 27.12±18.29 min at the second week after the end of treatment and 30.76±19.95 min at the 6th week,and the total effective rate was 95.45% and 90.91% on the second and the 6th weeks after the end of treatment respectively;The control group(53 cases) received intramuscular injection of 4000 U chymotrypsin,once every other day,5 times constituting one course.The liquefying time was 64.53±16.00,46.23±24.20 and 58.49±18.12 min,and the total effective rate was 77.36% and 20.75% respectively.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] The liquefying time of semen and the total effective rate in the treatment group are superior to those of the control group and the therapeutic effect lasts a longer time.
