摘要
基于能力理论与收益理论,构建了高等院校学生培养成本补偿比例模型。现实数据的测算结果表明,受教育者(个人及其家庭)与组织(政府、企业及其他主体)合理的成本补偿比例区间为1:1.41~1:2.25,即组织应当比受教育者多补偿学生培养成本。这既符合目前中外高校学生培养成本补偿的实际情况,又为政府确定相应的高等教育收费水平、个人及家庭理解并遵循学费政策提供了量性依据。
Based on the theories of ability and benefit, the compensation mode to measure the ratio of the cost of cultivating students in universities has been constructed. Estimated result based on real data has shown that the reasonable ratio of cost compensation between educated individuals or their families and organizations such as government, enterprises and others should be 1 : 1.41 - 1 : 2.25. The result suggested that the organization should compensate more than the students or families about the cultivation cost, which not only accords with the actual situation of cost compensation of college students, but also provides quantitative basis for the government to decide the charge level of higher education, as well as individuals or their families to understand and follow the tuition policy.
