新课改背景下的高中考试招生制度改革在落实国家课程方案、促进学生全面发展和义务教育均衡发展等方面取得了初步成效,同时也面临着技术、政策、观念乃至社会等多方面的挑战。完善基于初中学业水平考试和综合素质评价情况相结合的高中考试招生制度,必须突破评价和考试招生制度的瓶颈,建立健全初中学业水平考试制度,改进和完善学生综合素质评价制度,推进综合评价、多元录取的高中学校招生制度,健全考试招生改革相关配套保障制度。

The reform of system of senior high school examination enrolment under the background of new curriculum reform has achieved preliminary effects in implementing the national curriculum program, promoting students＂ integrated development and balanced development of compulsory education. Meanwhile, it is facing the challenges from technology, policy, concept and the society. To perfect the system of senior high school examination enrolment based on the combination of junior high school academic proficiency test and comprehensive quality evaluation, we must break through the bottleneck of evaluation and the system of examination enrolment. We should deepen the reform of system of senior high school examination enrolment by establishing and improving the junior high school academic proficiency test system, improving and perfecting the students comprehensive quality evaluation system, pushing forward the senior high school enrolment system with comprehensive evaluation and diversified admission, perfecting the related supporting guarantee system for the enrolment by examination system reform.
