摘要
通过对我国师范大学教育学院教师的科研状况进行数据调查,研究发现:从整体上看,教育学院教师科研取得了一定成效,但同时在环境创设、教师科研意识、科研参与、科研定位、科研形式与方法和科研成果发表等方面也暴露出一些不足。提高我国师范大学教育学院教师科研水平,应建立有效的激励和评价机制,营造浓厚的学术研究氛围;明确科研定位,引导教师乐于研究,成就自我;打破传统分散封闭的科研模式,倡导协同攻关。
Through the survey on teachersj scientific research situation of college of education in normal universities in China, it is found out that, on the whole, teachers scientific research of College of education has made certain achievements, meanwhile, there are some shortcomings on the creation of environment, the consciousness of scientific research, participation in research, the orientation of scientific research, research forms, methods and the publishing of research achievements. To improve the scientific research level of teachers research of college of education in normal university, we should set up efficient evaluation and motivation mechanism and create strong atmosphere of academic research; clarify the research orientation and guide teachers to be willing to research and get self-achievement; break the traditional closed scattered pattern of scientific research and promote collaborative research.
