摘要
澳大利亚政府不断改革教师专业发展政策,致力于教育公平与卓越。21世纪以来,澳大利亚政府出台了一系列教师专业发展的政策,其中较有代表性的政策文本包括:澳大利亚政府优质教师计划、国家教师专业标准、澳大利亚教师专业学习章程、澳大利亚教师绩效与发展框架等。当前澳大利亚教师专业发展政策的改革特点主要表现为新联邦主义、新专业主义、新实证主义和新管理主义的取向。
Australian Government has been devoted to teacher education policy aimed at enhancing educa tion equity and excellence. The government has put forward a series of educational acts, reports and programs in recent years. Among them, the representative policy documents include: Australian Government Quality Teacher Programme,National Professional Standards for Teachers,Australian Charter for the Professional Learning of Teachers and School Leaders, Australian Teacher Performance and Development Framework and so on. The main characteristics of teacher professional development policies reform are that they are based on new federalism, new professionalism, neopositivism and new managerialism.
