特应性皮炎患者外周血单个核细胞Toll样受体2、4表达研究 被引量：6

摘要 特应性皮炎（AD）又名异位性湿疹、体质性痒疹、或遗传过敏性湿疹。是一种慢性复发性、瘙痒性，炎症性皮肤病，病因及发病机制复杂，至今仍未完全明确。皮肤屏障异常及多种致病微生物如金黄色葡萄球菌、真菌及易感病毒的寄居，可以诱发或加重AD，但机制尚不清楚。
