应对气候变化的中美木质林产品碳储量和碳减排比较

Comparisons of CarbonStock and Reduction in Harvest Wood Products of China and the United States Based on Climate Change

文章运用储量变化法对1961-2012年中美木质林产品的碳储量进行了核算和分析，结果显示，1961-2012年美国木质林产品碳储量总量高于中国，但中国增长速度高于美国，2002年起中国木质林产品年增长碳储量显著增加，并于2007年超越美国，分析发现，美国木质林产品的碳储量主要受经济危机的影响上下波动，中国木质林产品的碳储量主要受中国自身经济政策的影响而变化。通过对中美木质林产品的减排贡献进行核算，发现中国木质林产品的碳清除贡献均值为1．23％，大于美国的碳清除贡献均值0．92％，继而对中美应对气候变化的减排政策和措施进行比较，期望对中国调整减排策略提供参考。

This paper made a estimation of carbon stock in HWP during the period from 1961 to 2012 of Chinaand USA with the stock-change approach. Results showed that total carbon stock of USA was higher than China,while the speed of China was faster than USA. The number of carbon stock in China was more than USA since2007 for China＇ s significantly increasing since 2002. The number of carbon stock in China and USA was influ-enced by economic policies and economic crisis respectively. Statistics showed that the average carbon reduction ofChina was 1.23%, while USA＇ s was 0.92% by accounting the contribution of carbon reduction. The paper alsocompared the methods and policies on carbon reduction and it＇ s beneficial for China to reduce the carbon emis-sion.
