城市休闲林业发展评价体系构建——基于城乡统筹的视角

Urban Leisure Forestry Development Evaluation System Building——Based on the Perspective of Urban and Rural Areas as a Whole

在城乡统筹发展的视角下,发展城市休闲林业既符合传统林业发展转型的趋势,又符合我国城镇化对林业发展的需要,构建城市休闲林业发展评价体系主要用于评价城市休闲林业的发展水平及其对城市经济社会发展的贡献。文章从城市休闲林业的经济属性、生态属性、社会属性、发展水平等方面,确定4个一级指标,进一步细化14项二级指标和分解提炼出21个三级指标,构建了城市休闲林业发展评价体系,希望能对我国城镇化建设和城市休闲林业发展产生良好的促进作用。

Under the perspective of urban and rural development as a whole, the development of city leisure forestry should both comply with the trend of transformation of the traditional forestry development, and meet the needsof the development of urbanization in China for forestry, construction of urban forestry development evaluation system is mainly used for evaluation of urban recreational forestry development level and its contribution to the city＇ seconomic and social development. From the economic attributes of urban leisure forestry, ecological attribute, socialattribute, the respect such as development level to determine 4 first-level indicators, further refine 14 secondary in-dicators and decompose refined 21 tertiary index constructed urban leisure forestry development evaluation system,hope to urbanization and urban leisure forestry development in China.
