摘要
介绍了宁钢2#烧结机烟气循环的自动控制在烧结中的应用情况。对烟气循环节能、减排原理进行了阐述,详细介绍了控制系统的硬件组成、控制系统软件、参数检测、自动控制及控制中的要点。与常规烧结工艺相比,烟气循环烧结技术可有效实现烧结烟气中SO_2富集,减少烧结过程废气排放总量。实践证明,该系统具有集成成本低、系统稳定性和可靠性高的特点。
The application of the automatic control of flue gas circulation in sintering process of Ningbo Steel No. 2 sintering machine is introdued. Firstly, the principle of flue gas circulation energy saving and emission reduction are described. The hardware composition, software of control system, parameter detection and automatic control are all introduced in detail, and main points in the process of control are described thoroughly. Compared with conventional sintering process, flue gas circulation sintering technology can effectively realize the concentration of SO2 in sintering flue gas to reduce the total amount of emissions in sintering process. Practice results show that this system has the characteristics of low integrating cost and high stability and reliability in sintering flue gas circulation.
