27例口腔颌面部恶性黑色素瘤临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 27 Cases of Oral and Maxillofacial Malignant Melanoma

目的：探讨口腔颌面部恶性黑色素瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法：收集我科2009年1月~2013年7月收治的27例口腔颌面部恶性黑色素瘤患者,对临床病例资料、治疗方法及随访结果进行初步总结。结果：27例患者中,好发部位以上颌牙龈多见,其次为腭部、下颌牙龈、颊黏膜等。治疗方法主要采用手术治疗、手术＋化疗、手术＋生物免疫治疗、冷冻治疗＋手术、冷冻治疗＋切取活检等。随访观察1~54月,复发2例。结论：口腔颌面部恶性黑色素瘤应以综合序列治疗较为合理,且生物免疫治疗具有良好的发展前景。

Objective： To explore the clinical characteristic and treatment method of oral and maxillofacial malignant melanoma. Methods： 27 cases of patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant melanoma in our department were collected from January 2009 to July 2013. The data of clinical cases, treatment and follow--up results were preliminary summarized in this article. Results： In the 27 patients, maxillary gums were the common predilection sites,followed by palates, mandibular gums, buccal mucosa, etc. The treatment mainly adopted surgery, surgery plus chemotherapy, surgery plus biological immune therapy, cryotherapy plus surgery, cryotherapy plus biopsy, etc. The follow--up time was 1 to 54 months, 2 patients were recurrences. Conclusion： The comprehensive and sequential therapy is the more reasonable treatment of oral and maxillofacial malignant melanoma, and biological im- mune therapy has a good development prospect.
