Wnt5a及其对口腔组织生长发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 Wnt家族是一类对生长发育和生理病理过程有着重要作用的蛋白。现今在哺乳动物中发现至少有19种亚型,根据其对上皮细胞的转化能力大小,分为两大类,其中一类是高转化能力组,另一类为中等转化或无转化能力组。Wnt5a是第二类蛋白中的重要成员,主要与细胞骨架、细胞的迁移和极化等相关。近年来,口腔医学领域对wnt5a的研究逐步深入,包括牙齿的生长发育,颌面部畸形、口腔肿瘤等。
