妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症与妊娠合并慢性乙肝的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症与妊娠合并乙肝的相关性。方法:分析30例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)合并妊娠合并乙肝(HBV)患者和48例单纯ICP患者的临床资料。结果:ICP合并HBV患者妊娠期高血压疾病发生率、羊水污染率均高于单纯的ICP患者,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05),新生儿出生体重较单纯ICP无明显统计学差异(P﹥0.05),对母婴影响较大。结论:对妊振期肝内胆汁淤积症合并慢性乙肝患者重视血压的监测,加强产程中监测,防止出现胎儿宫内窘迫,适当放宽手术指征。
