分子病理学技术在遗传性皮肤病诊断中的应用及前景 被引量:2

摘要 遗传性皮肤病是皮肤病临床诊断、治疗中的难点。据不完全统计,目前遗传性皮肤病有300多种,其中大多数发病机制不明确。分子病理学是分子生物学与传统病理学的交叉学科,运用分子病理学技术可以较好地阐释遗传性皮肤病基因变异与临床表现的关系,对遗传性皮肤病的诊断与治疗具有重要意义。随着新一代测序技术及其他技术的发展,分子病理学技术已经被临床作为遗传性皮肤病诊断的重要工具。
