胸心外科医学生临床多站式技能考核的应用探讨

Evaluation of objective structured clinical examination for clinical skills on interns in the department of cardiothoracic surgery

目的临床多站式考试是评价医学生临床能力的有效方式。文中旨在探讨其在胸心外科实践技能考试中的价值。方法通过标准化病人的使用,并建立"六站式"临床技能考核体系,对2008、2009级555名胸心外科实习生进行考评。结果 2个年级学生的分站得分趋势相同,以影像资料判读站的分数最低,其次为答辩站及外科操作站,而以病史书写站的得分最高。临床多站式考试调查总满意度81.7%;各站考试难度调查,58.6%学生认为影像资料判读站为难点,而25.4%和13.8%的学生则认为答辩站和外科操作站较难,与各站的考试成绩相符。结论临床多站式技能考核适用于胸心外科实践技能考试,值得推广。

Objective Objective Structured Clinical Examination（ OSCE） is one of the most important methods for evaluating the medical students’ clinical ability.The aim of this study was to analyze the value of OSCE on practice examination in the department of cardiothoracic surgery.Methods Through the use of standardized patients and the six-station clinical examination,we assessed the clinical skills of interns in the department of cardiothoracic surgery.Results OSCE could appraise interns’ clinical ability objectively and accurately,which obtained the recognition from students.Conclusion OSCE is applicable to the clinical skills testing in the department of cardiothoracic surgery.
