摘要
山铝为了降低电解铝生产成本,于2011年7月完成19台异型阴极槽的改造并成功启动,通过生产摸索出一套异型阴极槽最优化技术条件指标,使异型阴极电解槽在低电压操作下平稳高效运行,实现吨铝节电500 kW·h。
In order to reduce the electrolytic aluminum production cost,in July 2011,the company completed 19 special cathode electrolyzer reconstruction and achieved successfully operation. Through production a set of optimal technical condition indexes of special cathode electrolyzer was explored to make special cathode electrolyzer smooth and efficient operation under low voltage operation,realized the power saving of 500kW·hevery ton of aluminum.
