摘要
山钢股份莱芜分公司炼铁厂6#高炉通过建立高炉成本控制模型,优化上料、冷却、送风、渣铁排放等系统,提高煤气利用率,控制合理的热制度和造渣制度,提高煤粉置换比,降低能源消耗等措施,保证了高炉长期稳定顺行,实现了低成本冶炼,全年平均煤比达到170 kg/tFe,燃料比达到510 kg/tFe。
In No.6 BF of Laiwu Branch Company of Shandong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,through building the burden model of low cost,optimization of the charging system,air supply system,slag–iron system,etc. and furthermore,based on improving the CO utilization ratio,rationalizing thermal system and slagging system,improving the coal replacement ratio,reducing energy consumption,etc.Ensure the furnace conditions of the BF stable smooth operation for long time,has achieved a good result of the averaged coal ratio170kg/tFe and averaged fuel ratio 510kg/t Fe.
